Some of the features of acne include black heads, pimples, cysts, infected abscesses, and rarely scarring. Acne usually occurs during adolescence in both men and women and tends to get worse for people with oily skin.

Acne badly affects teenage boys but only mild to moderate forms of acne occur in middle-aged women. Acne is usually found on the face but other areas where it can occur include the neck, chest, back, shoulders, scalp, and the upper arms and legs. Most forms of acne are the result of heredity and hormonal problems and have little to do with a harmful diet or poor hygiene.

Acne usually starts in a similar way for all people. However it can take different forms and react in a particular way depending on the individual body conditions. A basic lesion called the comedo is the beginning of acne. The comedo is an enlarged hair follicle plugged with oil and bacteria which is found under the surface of your skin. When the conditions are right it grows into an inflamed lesion. When the skin produces more oil the bacteria will grow within the swollen follicle. The surrounding skin will become increasingly inflamed as the white blood cells fight against the bacteria.

There are two main types of acne: non-inflammatory acne and inflammatory acne.

Both 'closed comedo' and 'open comedo' are forms of non-inflammatory acne. If the plugged follicle stays below the surface of the skin, the lesion is called a closed comedo. This will usually appear on the skin as small, whitish bumps. This condition is also called as whitehead. Open Comedo is what the lesion is called if the plug enlarges and pushes through the surface of the skin. The dark appearance of the plug is not due to dirt but due to the build-up of melanin, the pigmentation element of the skin. This condition is also called blackhead.

There are a number of different types of inflammatory acne. Papule appears on the skin as a small, firm pink bump. The papules are tender in nature and are usually considered an intermediary step between non-inflammatory and inflammatory lesions. Pustules are small round lesions that are inflamed and contain visible pus, which appear red at the base with a yellowish or whitish centre. Pustules do not contain a large amount of bacteria and the inflammation is caused by chemical irritation from sebum components such as fatty free acids.

Cysts are large pus-filled lesions that are usually present deep within the skin. These cysts are painful lesions and form as a result of the contents of a comedo spilling over the surrounding skin. The cysts often leave deep scars. Acne conglobata is a rare but serious form of inflammatory acne that develops mainly on the back, buttocks and the chest. As well as the presence of pustules and cysts, there may be severe bacterial infection.

The common symptoms of acne include persistent, recurrent red spots or swellings on the skin. These spots and swellings become inflamed and get filled with pus. They usually occur on the face, chest, shoulders, neck, or upper portion of the back. Other symptoms include dark spots with open pores at the centre, which are known as blackheads, large spots under the skin without openings, which are known as whiteheads and red swellings filled with pus, which are known as pustules. The pustules can develop from blackheads or whiteheads. Inflamed fluid-filled lumps under the skin known as cysts are also a symptom of acne.

What are natural remedies for acne? Most people will know the value of their face. The healthier it is, the more advantageous it will be for the person. In general, our confidence relies on our contentment in our physical appearance. When one thinks he or she looks good, the confidence is a lot higher.

For growing up, the growth of spots is a really major concern. For those who do not have problems involving the face, congratulations! For those who are crying over it, there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel!

Is acne your problem? Are you spending too much money for chemical remedies? Do you want to apply a remedy but you are afraid it may be harsh? The answer is to use the natural way of treating your acne. The treatment is right in your home. The doctor is right within you.

The most effective beauty tip of all times is to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. Hydrating your body will help you get rid toxins. Love your body and love your skin.

Health and hygiene will also help. Make sure that you do not leave makeup products on your skin because it contributes to clogging your pores, causing more spots and blackheads. Do not sleep with make-up on. Also, keep your hair away from your face. Hair contains oil that may create breakouts to your skin.

Wash your pillow case and towels as they are absorbent and will absorb many acne-contributors. Lastly, never pick your spots. You do not want your face to be as dirty as your fingernails.

Make sure that you eat healthy food because when you have acne you need to cleanse yourself not only on the outside but also on the inside. It will also help if you lessen your oily or fatty food intake. Eating food rich in fibre is a remedy. Moreover, in order for you to maintain a healthy skin, eating food that is considered anti-oxidants will make a big difference. Food rich in Vitamins A, B and D as well as those rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus, chloride, magnesium, zinc, iron and sodium will do the job.

When you maintain a diet which is high in beta-carotene and zinc, it will also be of help not only as prevention but also in the healing process and anti-scarring of acne.

Beauty is skin deep but having beautiful skin will make you feel more beautiful for yourself.

For more information on curing Acne with natural treatment, please go to the link: BudURL.com/NaturalAcneCure

Diabetes Diet

Healthy low fat diet? Maybe not.
Recent studies throw conventional diet recommendations about fat and diabetes into question.
For the past three decades, dietary conventional wisdom has been to eat a low fat (high carbohydrates) diet in order to best manage your weight, lower your cholesterol, reduce your blood pressure, and improve overall health.
However, surprising results coming out of modern day research labs are challenging many of these long-held beliefs regarding what constitutes a healthy diet. It`s beginning to look like we have been careering down the wrong path all this time, and what you think about dietary fat and diabetes, in particular, may be quite a bit off the mark. Here are just a few of these findings:

High-carb diet elevates triglycerides, lowers HDL (“good” cholesterol).
According to a study published in January 2007 researchers recently examined the diets and cholesterol levels of various groups to look for associations between carbohydrates intake HDL cholesterol and triglyceride levels. The group that consumed more carbohydrates than any of the others, overall, had the lowest levels of HDL cholesterol.

High-carb diet ineffective for people with high insulin levels.
Researchers conducted a randomized trial in which participants spent six months on either a low-glycemic-load diet or low-fat, high-carb diet and were then followed up for a year. Those with higher concentrations of insulin fared much better on the low-glycemic-load diet than on the high-carb one. The study showed the low-glycemic-load group lost five times more weight after 18 months and nearly three times more body fat than the low fat, high-carb group. This study was published on May 2007.

High-carb diet increases insulin levels which spikes blood pressure.
In an analysis of 10 intervention studies comparing the high-carb, low-fat, Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension(DASH) diet with a low-carb, high-monounsaturated fat diet, researchers wanted to see what effect the different diets would have on blood pressure separate from the benefits of any weight loss. What they found out was that the high-carb, low-fat diet produced significantly higher blood pressure than did the low-carb, high-monounsaturated fat diet. The study was published in May 2007.

High-carb diet leads to greater risk for age-related macular degeneration(AMD).
A study of nondiabetic seniors looked at the role of diet on AMD and found that those study participants who consumed a higher-carb diet had 49 percent increased risk for developing advanced AMD. The researchers concluded that 1 in 5 cases of advanced AMD could have been prevented entirely by consuming a lower-carb diet. The study was published in July 2007.

For more information visit website http://tl0605.dwarrior.hop.clickbank.net

Seniors and Diabetes

According to the research done by the American Diabetes Association approximately 18.3% of Americans age 60 and older have diabetes. The risk of developing type 2 diabetes also increase with age.

Seniors face unique diabetes management challenges. For those with type 2 diabetes, age causes a decline in insulin production and an increase in glucose intolerance. Economic Barriers. Women with diabetes have 50 percent greater risk of diabetic coma than men, a condition brought on by poorly controlled diabetes and lack of insulin. Women with diabetes have heart disease rates similar to men, but more women with diabetes die from first heart attack than do men with diabetes. According to studies in 2006 in America, 7.7% of women with diabetes experienced congestive heart failure compared to 0.9% of those with normal blood sugar levels. The prevalence of chest pain, heart attack, and coronary heart disease were all 4 to 5% higher in women with diabetes than in women without, and 6.3% of women with diabetes suffered stroke compared to 2.1% of women with normal blood sugar levels.

Diabetes poses special challenges during pregnancy. Compared with women who do not have diabetes, women with diabetes are up to five times likely to develop toxemia, a disorder marked by hypertension, protein in the urine, swelling, headache, and visual disturbances. Diabetes during pregnancy ( gestational and type 1diabetes) results in risk for problems such as high birth weight, birth defects, and other complications for the mother. Children born of mothers who developed gestational diabetes are more likely to be overweight or obese during adolescence and therefore are at greater risk for diabetes as well. Women who have had gestational diabetes are at increased risk for developing type 2 diabetes later.

Birth control pills can affect blood glucose levels and diabetes control. Because women with diabetes are already at higher risk of infection, most women with diabetes should not use an intrauterine device because it may lead to infections.

Diabetes in Men

Diabetes-related problems in men

Men with diabetes suffer more from some diabetes-related health problems than women.

.People who develop diabetes before the age of 30, men develop retinopathy (a vision disorder that can lead to blindness) more quickly than women.
.Having the main symptoms of peripheral vascular disease-pain in the thigh, calf, or buttocks during exercise, cramps, change in temperature, sores that don`t heal, swelling-linked to a two or three fold risk of coronary heart disease, stroke, or cardiac failure in men with diabetes.
.Amputation rates from diabetes-related problems are 1.4 to 2.7 times higher in men than with women.

The prevalence of complications in men with diabetes is significantly higher than in men without diabetes .Studies in America shows that 7.9% of men with diabetes experienced congestive heart failure compared to 1.4% of those with normal blood sugar. Not smoking ( smoking causes blood vessels to narrow, which can lead to impotence)

Adults and Diabetes

The National Diabetes Information Clearinghouse says that 23.6 million people over the age of 20 now have diabetes.12.0 million of these people are men, 11.5 million of them are women and 12.2 million of them are 60 years and older.

Everyday life-work, social situations, family planning, relationships, etc-with the special challenges that different life stages bring, mean that your diabetes management is in constant state of flux. It is important that the parent give them more autonomy to own their diabetes, while staying close to their treatment to ensure their safety. It can be a difficult balance, one that constantly shifts along with developmental changes in your child.

Use your knowledge of your child to introduce him or her gradually to different aspects of diabetes self-management at the appropriate time. It is important to remember that children mature at different rates, what one child can handle at age seven another may be ready at age four. Each child`s individual emotional and physical development can also progress at varying speeds. For example, a preschool-aged child may have the mental capacity to test her own blood glucose levels, but lack the fine motor skills to do the job.

Self-testing blood sugar levels. Somewhere between ages 5 and 7 children may start expressing an interest in testing their own blood glucose levels. As long as their testing method is correct, pass along this task to them. Parents should remind children to test at the appropriate times and should help interpret blood sugar readings.

Counting carbohydrates. Between ages 7 and 9 children may begin asking about carbohydrates and engaging in simple carb counting. Child-geared systems that use visual aids such as flashcards and refrigerator magnets may help your child understanding counting earlier.

Taking insulin. Between the ages 8 and 12 most children should be able to administer injections, parents should oversee dose calculation and drawing up of the insulin, although doing so in a hands-off manner will help your child build the skills and confidence she needs to take over the task permanently.

Diabetes and Depression

Depression can strike anyone, but people with diabetes, may be at greater risk.
In addition, people with depression may be at greater risk for developing diabetes.
Treatment for depression helps people manage symptoms of both diseases. Studies suggest that diabetes double the risk of depression compared to those without the disorder. The chances of becoming depressed increase as diabetes complications worsen. Research shows that depression leads to poorer physical and mental functioning, so a person is less likely to follow a required diet or medication plan. Treating depression with psychotherapy, medication, or a combination of these treatments can improve the person`s well-being and ability to manage diabetes.

Causes underlying the association between depression and diabetes are unclear. Depression may develop because of stress but also may result from the metabolic effects of diabetes on the brain. People who suffer from both diabetes and depression have higher health care costs in primary care. Despite the enormous advances in brain research in the past 20 years, depression often goes undiagnosed and untreated. People with diabetes, their families and friends, and even their doctors may not distinguish the symptoms of depression. Skilled health professionals will recognize these symptoms and suggest appropriate treatment.

Depression facts

Depression is a serious medical condition that affects thoughts, feelings, and the ability to function in everyday life. Depression can occur at any age. Although available therapies alleviate symptoms in over 80 percent of those treated, less than half of people with depression get help they need. Depression results from abnormal functioning of the brain. The causes of depression are currently a matter of intense research. An interaction between genetic predisposition and life history appear to determine a person`s level of risk. Episodes of depression may then be triggered by stress, difficult life events, side effects of medications, or other environmental factors. Whatever its origins, depression can limit the energy needed to keep focused on treatment for other disorders, such as diabetes.

Symptoms of depression

.Persistent sad, anxious, or “empty” mood
.Feelings of hopelessness, pessimism
.Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, helplessness
.Loss of interest or pleasure in hobbies and activities that were once enjoyed, including sex.
.Decreased energy, fatigue, being “slowed down”
.Difficulty concentrating, remembering, making decisions.
.Insomnia, early morning awakening or oversleeping
.Appetite and/or weight changes
.Thought of death or suicide, or suicide attempts
.Restlessness

Stay at home fitness

Stay at home fitness

Many people with diabetes prefer to workout in the comfort of their homes. Here they are better equipped to deal with hypoglycemic episodes or unexpected blood sugar spikes.

There are downsides to working out at home. Lack of fitness equipment but that is an easy hurdle to overcome. The biggest barriers are boredom and distraction. You get bored with routine or become distracted by the clothes that need washing, errands that need to be done, or the lure of your favorite television show. Fortunately there are ways around both issues. That is because this at home exercise program will center on cardiovascular health, basic muscle toning, and watching that TV!

Tuning in to your workout

To complete this work out you will need to focus on the ABCs. Your workout will be based on the primetime schedule of shows that appear on top television networks. You will workout three times each week until you are familiar with training then you can increase the number of workouts each week. Unlike most times you watch TV, you will be burning calories while working out. Consult your doctor before engaging yourself in any exercise.

This workout is based on audio or visual cues that will prompt you to perform a particular exercise. It can be applied to just any television show. It requires you to designate audio or visual cues before the program starts. Once you hear or see that cue, that`s when you start moving!! Not only is this a great way to burn some calories and help regulate blood sugar but also is the perfect means of catching up with your favorite shows.

How to jump start your exercise

Take it one day at a time

The definition of insanity is repeating the same behavior over and over again, but expecting different results every time? You don`t have to dramatically change everything about your lifestyle all at once, but effectively preventing and controlling your diabetes is going to involve doing something different…permanently. If exercise is a bad word around your house, you simply have to change your way of thinking about it. The easiest way to get started is by just getting more active throughout the day, sit less, stand more, walk extra steps, and even fidget more consistently.
Start today and take it one day at a time.

Keep reminding yourself that exercise can save your life

Regular exercise can lessen the potential impact of most of your cardiovascular risk factors, including high cholesterol levels, insulin resistance, obesity and hypertension. High blood pressure is associated with high levels of insulin and regular physical activity can result in lower blood pressure and reduced circulating levels of insulin. If you do nothing but regular walking, it can lengthen your life. Walking is the best and easiest medicine for both the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. Good blood sugar control has the potential to prevent or delay almost all of the potential long-term health complications of diabetes.

Use fitness to break out of depression or apathy

It appears that gaining knowledge about diabetes is the first step to increasing your adherence to better diabetes self-care and to attaining good health. It is also important to find ways to alleviate feelings of depression. Physical activity reduces depressive symptoms and anxiety. So keep in mind that your current sedentary state may actually be contributing to your lack of motivation.

Tips for keeping your exercise motivation strong
. Get yourself an exercise friend.
. Use sticker charts or other motivational tools to track your progress.
. Schedule structure exercise into your day on your calendar.
. Break your larger goals into smaller realistic stepping stones.
. There is an enormous amount of research to support the effects of each of these components on blood glucose levels, weight management, osteoprosis and blood pressure. Because of that, the following workout will split your week into sessions designed to target muscle-building and toning, and sessions geared toward improving blood ciculation and cardiovascular health.

It is never too late to begin a regular exercise program. Only your doctor can tell you not to exercise. You may be dealing with some common ailments such as joint pain, and arthritis. If your doctor says you can exercise, then you can start with easy fitness program such as joining your local senior center, walking around your neighborhood or the workout suggested here and build from there. Even if you are dealing with a condition that limits your mobility, you can still get fit.

There are classes that offer special exercises for people using wheelchairs, classes that take place entirely in a pool, and even different fitness trainers who specialize in coaching people with disabilities.

Regular Physical Activity

Diabetes and Exercise
Regular Physical Activity

Exercise helps control blood glucose levels, increase energy levels, improves heart health, and promotes emotional well-being. The majority of people with type 1 and type 2 diabetes can participate in, and benefit from, at least 30-60 minutes of physical activity most days of the week. Always consult your doctor before starting a new exercise.

Type 1 Diabetes
Exercise has many positive health benefits, including short term blood glucose control, and is recommended for most people with type 1 diabetes.
Because exercise has a blood glucose lowering effect, people with type 1 diabetes need to pay attention to their blood glucose levels before and after exercise. They should also take certain measures to prevent blood sugar emergencies.

It is important to note that although exercise generally has a blood glucose lowering effect, for some people with type 1 diabetes an intensive workout can actually cause hyperglymia, or high blood sugars, particularly if blood glucose levels were high before the workout. Monitoring blood glucose levels before and after working out and logging your glycemic response to different physical activities are important tools for safe exercise with type 1 diabetes.

Type 2 Diabetes

Leading a sedentary or inactive lifestyle is one of the mayor risk factors for developing type 2 diabetes, and the high incidence of obesity and overweight among people with type 2 is also highly correlated with inactivity. Starting a workout program can lower body mass and decrease the insulin resistance of type 2 diabetes, studies have shown that people with type 2 diabetes who exercise regularly have better blood glucose control than those who don`t. Along with medical nutrition therapy, exercise is one of the first lines of defense in type 2 diabetes control.

In addition, exercise is a key tool in preventing one of the leading complications of type 2 diabetes – cardiovascular disease. Studies have shown that regular activity lowers triglyceride levels and blood pressure.

The reasons why diabetics must exercise

The reasons why diabetics must exercise
Diabetic complications stem primarily from poor blood circulation.
Food problems, increased infections, eye damage, wounds that won`t heal, heart disease…the blood just ain`t flowing like it`s supposed to.

First, this is because high blood glucose levels damage blood vessels. They make the walls thicker and less elastic, so the blood has a harder time passing through.

Second, people with diabetes tend to have higher fat levels in their blood, also caused by higher blood glucose. These fats or “lipids” clog and narrow the blood vessels. Sometimes they clog completely. This is what the docters call “atherosclerosis”. Any blood vessel in your body can become narrow and clogged, and this can lead to a heart attack, angina(heart pain), stroke, or painful legs.

This is why exercise is so important. Not just on the face of it because you can take less insulin or skip your oral medications.

On top of avoiding bad stuff, exercise provides benefits you will love: it reduces strees, boost your mood, improves your body image, promotes a wonderful sense of well being and can even improve your sex life.

Diabetes and Exercise

Diabetes and exercise go hand in hand. Whether you are scaling the mountains, working out with a trainer of the gym, or taking long walks around your neighbourhood, making exercise a part of your daily routine can help you enjoy a healthier diabetes life.

Studies have shown that even moderate exercise can help a person lose weight and regulate their blood glucose levels. The exercise newbie should follow a fitness routine that pushes them just past their current level of exertion. Doing so will allow the body to acclimatize to this new, and slightly more strenous, daily workload, thus improving blood circulation, helping to stabilize blood sugars, and increasing metabolic rate. Regular exercise is important for anyone, but more important for people with diabetes.

Always consult with your doctor before doing any exercise program. You must also speak to your dietician to help you with the meal plan.

Diabetes Recipes - Pizza

Diabetes Recipes-Pizza

1.Tomato Pizza Rating : ****
Tomato-basil Italian pizza topped with
Parmesan and mozzarella
Carbs : 13.1g Calories : 84.4 Prep Time : 5 minutes
Saturated Fat : 0.9g Sodium : 180.5mg Cook Time : 12 minutes
Low Carb

2.Anytime Pizza Rating : ****
This English muffin pizza is a great, quick treat
Carbs : 23g Calories : 183.2 Prep Time : 15 minutes
Saturated Fat : 2.9g Sodium : 585.2mg Cook Time : 15 minutes
Carb Safe

Carbohydrates and Diabetes

Carbohydrates and Diabetes
People with diabetes must pay close attention to their dietary intake, portion sizes, and meal frequency. What you eat, or specifically the carbohydrates in the food you eat, are the body`s main source of glucose. Foods with high dietary carbohydrates are sugar, starchy foods like potatoes and pasta, and grain based foods like breads and cereals. Carbohydrates can also be found in diary products and fruits and vegetables, as well as many beverages.

Diabetes does not mean that these carbohydrate-containing foods must be completely cut out of diet, in fact many of these foods contain nutrients that are essential to good health.
However, their intake must be carefully controlled and other blood glucose lowering tools such as exercise should be used to balance out their effects. For most people special treats like a slice of birthday cake can be an occasional indulgence as long as portions are controlled and they are figured into the overall daily carbohydrate and calorie allowance. Careful postprandial (after-meal) blood sugar monitoring and logging is an excellent tool for understanding the impact of new foods on blood glucose levels.

Blood Glucose Monitoring

Blood Glucose Monitoring

Blood sugar is to be tested to see how certain foods, activities and situations may impact your blood glucose levels. It can also help you and your diabetes care team evaluate how effective, new treatment routine or change in blood sugar medication is. People who take insulin, self testing allows for more accurate dosage adjustments.

The American Doctors Association (ADA) suggests that people taking multiple insulin injections or using insulin pump therapy, such as those with type1 diabetes, some pregnant women with diabetes, and people with type 2 diabetes who take multiple injections of insulin daily should test three or more times each day. There is no official recommendation for testing frequency for those with type 2 diabetes who are on oral medication or who control diabetes through diet and exercise only.

What kind of blood glucose monitor?

There are a variety of blood glucose monitors to choose from, from stripped down single-reading meters to models with computer compatibility, alarms, and backlights. Think about the functions which are important to you. For example, if you like seeing trend data on your glucose readings, a meter that has extensive memory may be for you. People with vision impairment may prefer large display, or adaptive meter with voice capabilities. Size may also matter, if you prefer an unobstrusive glucose monitor that can be used discreetly you need a small and easy to use handle meter.

Consider the following features when deciding on a blood glucose monitor:
. Size and user friendliness: Is it convenient for your needs and easy to use?
. Time to readout. How long does the meter take to display the results?
. Memory. How many test results will the meter`s memory hold, and does it have the capability of averaging results for a designated time period?
. Trend data and computer compatibility. Does the meter interface with a computer and allow you to download meter results and generate blood glucose trend information?
. Battery life and availability. Will battery power last a reasonable amount of time, and are the batteries easily available at a local store or they must be special ordered?
. Blood sample size. Does the meter require a minimal amount of blood?
. Alternative site testing. Some meters allow you to test blood samples from the forearm and other sites beyond the fingertips.
. Cost. Factor in the cost of test strips when evaluating your meter purchase.
. Adaptive technology. If you have vision impairment, you may need a meter that speaks your results. There are a lot more other considerations to do.

Gestational Diabetes

Gestational Diabetes

Gestational diabetes, or diabetes that occurs in pregnancy and resolves at birth, occurs in approximately three to eight pregnancies of every 100 in America. Risk factors for developing gestational diabetes include:
1. A family history of diabetes
2. Being overweight
3. Having prediabetes
4. Having given birth previously to a child weighing 9 pounds or more.

In addition, the same populations at risk for type 2 diabetes-Latin Americans, African Americans, Pacific Islanders and Asian Americans- are also at greater risk for gestational diabetes.

Gestational diabetes mellitus, or GDM, is diabetes that first appears in pregnancy and resolve at birth. An estimated 200 000 American women, approximately 5% of total pregnancies, are diagnosed with GDM annually. Women who develop, gestational diabetes have problems metabolizing glucose. Their pancreas produces plenty of insulin(the hormone responsible for “unlocking” cells so that glucose can enter them and provide energy) but a condition known as insulin resistance prevents them from using it effectively. When insulin does not work properly, blood glucose (or blood sugar) build up in the bloodstream and gestational diabetes is the result.

Gestational diabetes requires treatment with dietary changes and exercise and/or insulin injections to keep maternal blood glucose levels as close to normal as possible and to prevent complications in both mother and baby. Women with GDM are also encouraged to self test their blood glucose levels often.
A fetus of a woman with GDM may become large for date as it stores the excess glucose it is receiving from mom as fat, a condition known as macrosomia. A large infant may have a more difficult time descending down the birth canal. Other potential risks for the baby include hypoclycemia (low blood sugar) and jaundice. A pediatrician or a neonatolgist, a physician that specializes in high risk infant care, is often present at the births of GDM babiesto handle any potential complications.

How to fight sugar diabetes and win

Diabetics!Lower your blood sugar naturally-Cure insulin resistance-Eliminate diabetes drugs and insulin shots-Lose body fat-Gain lean muscle-End nerve pain-Eat delicious diabetes foods-Restore your energy and live a normal life again-Be strong again-Go anywhere-Do anything without suffering the ghastly complications of diabetes-All this may be yours if you embrace the e-book"The Diabetic Warrior`s Guide" Order yours at http://tl0605.dwarrior.hop.clickbank.net

The e-book will help you to:
1.Juice-Fasting vs. Water-Fasting!Unleash the Surgeon Within-Detoxify,Heal Insulin Resistance,Restore Your Pancrease,Lose fat& Banish Diabetes!
2.Discover the Top 6 Primal Animal Foods and awesome Benefits for Diabetics!
3.Grass-Fed milk, heals diabetes!
